The location is central, close to the Princess Theatre (perfect for theatre enthusiasts). I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good start to the day with great tea and coffee.

The concierge staff was very helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations (they even arranged a wheelchair for my husband). I did appreciate the staff's attentiveness and willingness to assist. They addressed all my needs efficiently.

Breakfast in the dining room seemed like a special event. The service was excellent and attentive. The food was of a high standard. I especially enjoyed the pancakes! The restaurant also offered a good selection of wines.

the windows had a film and it limited natural light, i think clear windows would enhance the room's atmosphere.
